Once you have signed your build contract with us, your price will be absolute and final. No exceptions, no hidden extras, just one fixed price guaranteed. This fixed price guarantee means you know exactly what your new home is costing and only you can amend your building contract.

2. We’ll adapt to what YOU need

Have your own plans? Want to use or alter ours? Want to use your own Sub-contractor? Absolutely no problems at all. We are happy to work with every single client as is required. We understand you may have a mate who is a plumber that you want to work on your new home, that is fine by us.

3. Our low overheads save you money

As we don’t have show homes, sales reps and office staff, we have very low overheads meaning we can pass this saving on to our clients. We don’t need to charge you an exaggerated amount to cover our overheads.

From your initial contact, we aim to respond as soon as we possibly can. We encourage fortnightly site meetings so you can see the house in construction as many times as possible. We understand that visualising your home off a plan can be difficult, and of course we are only a call or email away if you need us anytime.
